You will be sent a receipt with a QR code after your purchase.
This QR code will allow you to collect your order when you arrive at the secret location.

Addit. The 2015 information comes up each time, I did receive my invitation, I did register and I have purchased two tickets.

Hi Shayne,
it's a password issue. Please go to the landing page and just below login, click on "forgot your password", reset it and this will allow you to login to your 2016 profile, which is active. Thanks Antoine

Hello. I am registered and have receipts for my tickets paid for etc 2016. I am unable to access the site. I am using my correct login. Please help as the store closes on Friday. Melinda Lawton is my Pedestrian leader. Regards, Shayne Weber.

Hello DeB team,

I'm having the same problem. I know some people that have received the email this morning, but yet I haven't received mine. I'm getting the same message as Hasti A. saying that my previous membership has expired and I'm supposed to receive an email to register again, but that the invitation has not been sent yet.

Can you help me out here? I really don't want to miss this event.

Hi DEB team,

I was a sponsored member last year but should now be registered as a member – I know Phase 1 invitations have been sent out to members today but I am yet to receive my invitation, I have logged in and I can still see last years details in my dashboard also advising:

“Your previous year’s membership has expired. 1 month prior to this year’s event, you will receive a priority (Phase 1) invitation to renew your membership and register for the event. Thank you!
Your invitation has not been sent yet.”

Can you please confirm I am registered to be on the invite list and advise when i will be receiving the invitation email to renew my membership?
