IMPORTANT - PASSWORDS / INVOICES PDF / PAYPAL
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
PASSWORD ISSUES:
The password is associated to the year and not the profile…
-You created a profile in 2014 and you chose "bunny" as a password
-You created a profile in 2015 with the same e-mail but when you registered this time I chose "zebra" as a password…
This means that when you log in and use "bunny" as a password you log into my 2014 profile
And when you log in and use "bunny" as a password you log into your 2015 profile.
PDF INVOICES ISSUES:
The issue with the PDF invoices has been resolved.
Login to your profile, click on "store" then download your invoice & print it.
YOU WILL NEED TO PRESENT IT TO COLLECT YOUR CATERING AT THE EVENT.
PAYPAL ISSUES:
If you have paid via Paypal and your membership/tickets havenot been confirmed, we need to investigate.
That will take 24hrs minimum
Please email us your proof of payment (Paypal transaction number + Screenshot).
We will check if the payment has gone through at our end and manually activate your membership.
